1. Non-Medical Service Disclaimer

Täsker Cares LLC provides practical household assistance, personal concierge services, and lifestyle support. We are strictly a non-medical service. We do not provide home healthcare, medical monitoring, medication administration, physical therapy, or professional medical nutrition advice. Our services are never a substitute for professional medical or healthcare providers.

2. Independent Vendor Policy

We gladly assist our clients by scheduling, coordinating, and attending home visits with third-party service professionals (such as plumbers, electricians, or appliance repair technicians) on your behalf. However, Täsker Cares LLC operates solely as an assistant and coordinator. We do not assume liability for the pricing, workmanship, actions, delays, or damages caused by any independent third-party vendors.

3. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed securely in person via major credit card/mobile tap terminal at the start or completion of service, or over the phone by a designated family member. Invoices and receipts are provided directly in person, via email, or delivered through standard mail upon request.
